My candle is having issues burning, why?

Wood wicks are a tricky business! They are so beautiful but finicky! Check out our Wood Wick Care under wax. You should be able to problem solve and resolve the issue by following the guidlines stated there! If you are still experiencing an issue, contact us as we will correct things for you!
It seems it takes a bit of time before an item ships sometimes and other times it doesn't, why?

Handcrafting takes time! We may have an item that you ordered ready to ship, and other times we make the item just for you! This process can take some time, rest assured that we will contact you and let you know so you know what to expect!
What if my dog/child/me accidentally ate some sugar scrub?

Don't worry, it is safe! Eating a lot would most likley make you sick but a little taste or two is fine! Our scrub contains pure sugar, food safe oils, mica, and fragrance oils, nothing dangerous in small amounts. They are addictive, but your low carb diet is safe!
I ordered two of the same item and one is a slightly different color, why?

Because we make each of our products by hand, in small batches there can be small differences because that is what happens when things are not made by machines! Mica color, shape of the lotion or soap are decided by the creator of the product at the time of making! We don't change what is in them, maybe just how they look!
How should I determine what shipping size to select?

Sugar Bee uses USPS flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping uses the size of the package to dertermine cost, not the weight. There is one flat rate attached to the three sizes of usps boxes. Small $10.00 Medium $15.50 Large $22.00 What fits inside? I soy wax safe?

Yes, soy wax burns clean and is safe for your family and pets to be around while burning. Soy does not leave a film on your skin or enviroment and is sustainable. Soy wax is safe to consume however we don't reccomend it as the fragrance oils used for candle are not!
